What is your return/refund policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if you fall out of love with it or want to exchange it for another piece we will buy back the item less 30% of the original price paid and excluding any government taxes or tariffs paid by you. We can only accept returns where goods have been damaged in transit and where we and the courier company have been notified within 24 hours of delivery and where it has clearly been determined by us that damage occurred in the delivery process and not after having been delivered.

What shipping carriers do you use? 

All our shipments are insured, and we use trusted industry carrier Sequel Logistics for all deliveries within India. 

Do you ship Internationally?

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay via credit or debit card or net banking. If you face any problems with payment methods, please email us at info@tourmali.in 

and we will provide a solution. 

Is it possible to see the pieces in person?

We have a boutique in Lucknow and very happy to arrange a viewing for you. Please contact us on +91 8368472508 or email us on info@tourmali.in to book an appointment. For customers in other cities, we can schedule a video call to help them take a closer look and answer any questions that they might have.

From time to time, we also hold private exhibitions in different cities so clients can see the items in person. 

Will I have to pay additional shipping and taxes for my order? 

We offer free shipping within India. Pease note there is an additional 3% GST (Goods & Service Tax) applicable at applicable at checkout.
