ARANYANI

Every ornament that forms part of this collection is a celebration of traditional Indian jewellery: vivid, chromatic, articulate, and substantial.

The collection is named for the divine nymph of the forests, Aranyani, and explores highly naturalized flower and foliate motifs with meandering vines and chromatic shades that celebrate and conjoin form with colour. Each ornament that forms part of this collection seeks union of opulence with measure, and to keep them firmly embedded in the realm of the sacred.

Aranyani is the seldom seen goddess, known for the delicate tinkling of her ornaments, and her profound gestures of goodwill. Each ornament seeks to accentuate gesture and movement: always within measure, always attuned to the rhythms of sound and dance.

The collection consists of ear studs and pendant earrings, chokers and sautoirs and pendant necklaces, and articulated bangles and bracelets. Each ornament shines resplendent as an individualized object of beauty, but can also be matched with other ornaments in the collection to form parures and demi parures befitting any occasion.
